Pet-friendly hotel with modern design. King room with comfortable bed. Location - incredible, very close to Heverlee downtown, the Outskirts of Leuven and centrum in 25 minutes.

Location - unbeatable, very close to a restaurant -- a fast food type operation as well as nearby Leuven.

It was within 18 min drive or so from the airport.

We appreciated it, didn't want to leave, recommend. Well, it was a fairly nice stay for a business trip. The staff was amicable and solved our problems immediately. The room was airy and modern, the bed was lovely.

Everything was fairly clean and brand-new. The location in a pretty nice area was absolutely perfect and great and there were convenience stores and shops nearby. Also, The Beguinage was 2 km away.

The hotel was original and modern, and the staff were efficient, really enjoyed the handy location very close to a restaurant and many restaurant options. The room was a nice size with air con when upgraded.

Remote location was a plus. The room was well-equipped and air conditioned with comfortable bed and a hair dryer plus air con, everything was perfect.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with comfy beds and necessary facilities. The hotel's location is outside the center of town, but it is reasonably close to the Haasrode business park, making it convenient for business travelers. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities, including air conditioning, are well maintained. Plus, breakfast is not included, allowing guests to choose their own dining options.

Nice & new building / rooms

Personnel was not friendly - I didn't have the feeling that I was welcome - there was also a lot of noise due to an electrical cabine or another installation - unacceptable !

Nothing ! no Bar, no restaurant, we had to go outside. The hotel is located beside a petrol station along a motorway. There has been a water problem in the morning, making me waste 45 minutes, which lead me to be late at my customer in the morning. Definitely will never go again, as well as, if possible in any ACCOR hotels, as their sense of service is going from bad to worse !

I recommend this property to others. All in all, it's ideal place that has efficient and attentive staff from the three receptionists I have met. It offers perfect and peaceful location really close to the channel tunnel, the surrounding nature and a restaurant and shop.
